        職位名稱:銷售副經(jīng)理,旅游渠道 Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager, Travel Trade 工作地點: 上海 Location: Shanghai 崗位描述: Job Summary: 主要職責是協(xié)助直線經(jīng)理與華東渠道合作伙伴推動業(yè)務(wù)目標的達成。協(xié)助團隊開發(fā)華東地區(qū)及入境旅行社,完成銷售市場的覆蓋。負責華東市場客戶的各項銷售和營銷工作以完成銷售目標;負責戰(zhàn)略性地規(guī)劃和實施整體市場營銷推廣計劃,增加品牌認知和市場滲透;負責華東市場旅游渠道合作伙伴的業(yè)務(wù)拓展和市場情況收集分享。與各部門同事保持良好的溝通,確保業(yè)務(wù)運營流程保持高效。 The main responsibility is to assist the line manager to drive business targets with East China partners, especially to develop East China and inbound travel agencies to increase market coverage. Responsible for sales and marketing work with travel trade partners in the East China market to achieve sales targets; Responsible for strategically planning and implementation the overall marketing and promotion programs to increase brand awareness and market penetration; Responsible for business development and market intelligence collection and sharing. Maintain good communication and relationship with relevant departments to ensure that the business operation process efficient. 主要職責: Key Responsibilities: ? 根據(jù)入園和酒店客房入住目標,與渠道合作伙伴共同制訂營銷戰(zhàn)略、銷售計劃和目標,并監(jiān)督實施其銷售結(jié)果。 ? Work with trade partners in setting marketing strategies, sales plans and targets based on attendance and accommodation targets, and monitor the implementation of their sales results. ? 根據(jù)季節(jié)和特定市場或細分市場的需求,推進產(chǎn)品銷售戰(zhàn)略和行動計劃。與渠道合作伙伴實時開展銷售表現(xiàn)復(fù)盤評估。 ? Drive sales strategies and action plans based on seasonal and specific market /segment needs. Conduct real-time sales performance review and evaluation with trade partners. ? 開拓華東核心和下沉城市市場,制訂定期的出差拜訪計劃,開發(fā)具有合作潛力的優(yōu)質(zhì)渠道同業(yè)成為簽約合作伙伴,制訂并實施相應(yīng)的銷售計劃和業(yè)務(wù)目標。 ? Develop the core and sinking markets in East China, conduct regular business trip visit plans, evaluate valued potential partners as UBR new partners, and formulate and implement corresponding sales plans and business objectives. ? 組織并開展定期的產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn),線下路演,同業(yè)考察活動;針對渠道合作伙伴的業(yè)務(wù)團隊,以及潛在合作渠道,定期開展日常產(chǎn)品業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)。針對地域拓展和滲透計劃,開展并實施線下路演等活動。 針對季節(jié)性市場需求,開展同業(yè)考察活動。 ? Organize and carry out regular product training, offline roadshows and FAM; carry out regular product and business training for existing partners and potential partners. Conduct and implement offline roadshows and other activities for geographic expansion and penetration plans. Carry out industry FAM in response to seasonal market demand. ? 收集和分析華東市場旅業(yè)市場情況,實時與團隊分享。 ? Collect travel market intelligence and insight of East China market and share with the team in real time. ? 定期出差北京,與北京環(huán)球度假區(qū)總部辦公室和其他地區(qū)辦公室保持密切溝通,建立良好的團隊關(guān)系,有效實現(xiàn)公司目標。 ? Regular travel to Beijing, maintain close communication with UBR headquarters office and other regional offices to build strong team relationships and effectively achieve company goals. Job Requirements: 職位需求: ? 對整個旅游行業(yè)有充分認知,包括線上旅游平臺和線下旅行社的市場情況。擁有旅行社,OTA,電商平臺,社交媒體平臺等行業(yè)銷售和執(zhí)行運營方面的知識或經(jīng)驗。 Full knowledge of the entire travel industry, including online travel platforms and offline travel agency market conditions. Knowledge or experience in sales and executive operations in a travel agency, OTA, e-commerce platform, social media platform or other relevant industry. ? 具有良好的客戶管理能力,銷售能力和談判技巧,以促進和實現(xiàn)銷售轉(zhuǎn)化,使北京環(huán)球度假區(qū)的市場曝光率和銷售轉(zhuǎn)化收益最大化。 Capable account management, sales and negotiation skills to facilitate and achieve sales conversions, while maximize UBR market exposure and sales conversion. ? 良好的PowerPoint/Excel技能,跟蹤日常銷售數(shù)據(jù)/結(jié)果和活動完整性,良好的演講展示能力,以及管理和商業(yè)任務(wù)所需的任何其他任務(wù)。 Strong PowerPoint/Excel skills are required, keep tracking of daily sales data/results and activities integrity, with good presentation skills, and any other tasks required that would be required by management and business missions. ? 可接受頻繁的出差,北京,華東地區(qū) Accept frequent business trips, Beijing, Eastern China
