負(fù)責(zé)客戶:重慶百貨
崗位職責(zé):
1.建立完整的客戶計(jì)劃以推動(dòng)整體業(yè)務(wù)。
2.為指定的客戶執(zhí)行與業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)和客戶策略一致的計(jì)劃。
3.通過計(jì)劃,溝通,預(yù)測,持續(xù)測量結(jié)果,實(shí)施糾正措施或?qū)W習(xí),促進(jìn)日常業(yè)務(wù)的卓越執(zhí)行。
4.培養(yǎng)除買方以外的富有成效的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系,包括跨職能領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和至少比買方/品類經(jīng)理高一級的報(bào)告級別。
5.負(fù)責(zé)達(dá)成大客戶的目標(biāo)和關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)。
6.遵守公司的所有原則和政策,包括雀巢的貿(mào)易政策,當(dāng)?shù)氐匿N售政策,當(dāng)?shù)氐馁Q(mào)易條款,安全和法律法規(guī)。
1.Build complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business.
2.Execute plans for assigned Account (s) that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies.
3.Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
4.Nurtures productive business relationship beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders and reporting levels at least 1 up from the buyer/category manager.
5.Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs.
6.Adheres to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Trems,Safety and legal regulations.

1. 有三年大客戶管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),Trade Marketing,品類計(jì)劃管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.出色的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,結(jié)果導(dǎo)向
3.出色的溝通能力,學(xué)習(xí)能力
4.本科及以上學(xué)歷
With about 3 years of key account management or category operation management experience.
Strong pressure resistance and communication skills.
Have the ability of data analysis and reporting.
