MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Maintenance of customer relationship, providing answers to customers’ questions and coordinating necessary resources to achieve customer satisfaction.
-To closely accompany the customers’ financial results, mill information updates. Monitoring the customer credit limits and payables.
-To assist account manager to conclude supply agreement, manage the agreement inventory, and trace the customers’ performance.
-Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the smooth execution of sales initiatives.
-Assist in the analysis of sales data and report generation.
-Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotions as required.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree (Economic, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, other related)
-Entry-level candidates with strong academic background and internship experience can also be considered.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
-Fluent in written and spoken English.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Sensitive to numbers.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
