        The goal of the UI/UX position is to create an exceptional user experience for customers interacting with digital products and services. This involves understanding user needs and behavior, designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, and continuously improving the usability and functionality of BMW's digital products. UI/UX is not only important for the actual driving experience but also for interactions with in-car features, digital services, and apps. The car has become more than just a mode of transportation, it is now a mobile device with countless features and functionality. To ensure that these in-car features and digital services are easy to use and provide a seamless experience to customers. A user interaction position at BMW can oversee the entire digital experience, making sure it's customer-centric and consistent across all channels. Major Responsibilities * Develop and execute detailed UI/UX test plans and test cases for various digital products. * Work with the UX and design team to ensure that UI elements and user flows are functional, intuitive, and visually appealing. * Identify and track UI/UX relevant defects, bugs, and other issues, and communicate these to the development team using standard issue tracking tools. E.g. Octane, PQM, JIRA and other BMW specific tools. * Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues related to user experience, including performance, functionality, and UX. * Conduct user testing and provide feedback on user experience and usability. * Ensure that all software and digital designs are compliant with usability and accessibility guidelines and regulations. * Work collaboratively with developers and designers to identify and prioritize design and technical issues and develop effective solutions. * Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX testing and design methodologies. * Create objective technical requirements to ensure suitability of the cars for Chinese customers. Synchronize the requirements within department, marketing and all relevant CoCs. * Product Testing and Validation: Planning, synchronization, preparation and performing of all concept-, functions and endurance testing for assigned projects in the Chinese market. * Enhance the target synchronization between the sales, aftersales, plant and engineering team in the market, the CoC and interface partners within E-department in China
